I just try to buy merch from the bands I like and see them live as often as possible to get them money. I like buying signed posters these days, HUGE profit margin for the band selling signed posters for $60-100 a pop.
These are about $5,000 when you find one for sale. They may be a somewhat rare but I really like the second generation the best and could see paying closer to the asking price for one of those.

I think right now sales numbers are more an indication of what the manufacturer builds, rather than what people want. Of course, they probably have a decent idea of what people want and build accordingly.

Well, Awkwafina isnt actively “doing” anything, she is just talking how she has learned to talk over the course of her life. She isnt imitating anything, thats...just how she talks. She is just a new target for people to be angry at.
Her normal speaking voice and inflections people perceive as “too black” and being appropriation. Its no different than when people comment that a black person “talks white.” Awkwafina isnt “appropriating” anything... People claiming she is are the ones who are racist; Awkwafina is Asian, she is only allowed to talk…
I definitely consider myself liberal/left, but I often find myself pretty disgusted by how much discourse on the left sounds oddly like it’s promoting separation of the races.
