Friggin’ On-Racetrack Distraction, perhaps?

Science tip: One of the isotopes of potassium (which makes up 4 thousandths of your body’s atoms) is radioactive. Every person in this world is born with traces of radiation. Not because of nuclear explosions, just because of atoms.

But can the police issue tickets on private property?

You took your comment from every other comment on here years ago, without credit :/

Didn’t the Prius deal with similar accusations and after many millions of dollars were spent, it was discovered to be human error? Also, how many “normal” cars have crashed in this way? I just think that the Tesla is under a lot of extra scrutiny in the news.

On the one hand, I don’t see how Tesla can so boldly rely on the car’s data that the accelerator was depressed to 100% when the accusation in the first place is that it was the car that caused the unprompted acceleration; If the driver’s claim is accurate, no shit it would show driver input where there was none. Ooh, me me! I did!

Way to blow a great marketing opportunity, Razer!

A bit of an over reaction.

Yes, but you skipped, “laugh” and move on...

Agree wholeheartedly. Us Android users should see iPhone in the title and just move on.

Well, it’s for the safety of the overnight employees and it cuts down on costs since they won’t need as many employees to deal with walk-ins. You don’t have a right to 24 hour fast food. He might as well be suing any business that isn’t open in the middle of the night.
