I think this is more for the open sea, when the wind is a bit more consistent and you would actually need a GPS.

I'm not terribly sure that matters to this. Assume the writer is in the States or UK and move on.

I'm confused. Wouldn't this spork make it MORE obvious that you don't know how to use chopsticks? Especially if you go so far as to bring it along with you?

Good call. I would have gotten a GNex if I wasn't halfway through my two year contract on my Nexus S. I'll get whatever Nexus phone comes out next, I suppose.

It's variety across the board. Different specs, different price points. You can make your own priorities, anyway.

Google-branded phones (the three Nexus phones) get way better support from XDA than most other models. They're good for rooting.

I'll probably buy it. It will have a large development base on XDA, so it will sell pretty well among those who are hoping to root. I don't know if that's enough people to say that the sales will be decent, though.

I'm probably going to buy a Nexus tablet. The only reason I don't already own a tablet is that Google hasn't made one.

The nice thing about Android tablets is that you can get them at any price range, depending on your budget.

This must be why Maxwell Smart was so loopy.

While Luck and Smith are great examples of athletes with real intelligence (in general QB tends to be a smart position because of what it entails) how do you overlook Fitzpatrick? The guy got a 1580 on his SAT and got his Econ degree at Harvard. Granted, it took him longer than Smith, but Utah is no Harvard.

I guess they're more for having a drink on a table short-term. I never really thought about where the liquid goes, but I've used coasters like that and it hasn't been an issue. Hadn't even thought about it until now.

Lots of coasters don't absorb liquid. I know it's better if they do, but they make tons of coasters out of glass/plastic/metal.

What are you using a crowbar for that doesn't require leverage? It's not a proper tool for bashing.

I don't think this is a crowbar replacement, as much as it is a crowbar alternative. Even if you had one of these, and it definitely has some practical uses, you'd still want to have one that is one mighty piece of steel for certain jobs that would likely damage this guy.

I understand your analogy better now, but it doesn't invalidate mine. It's just a more detailed version of mine.

What if you were looking up and it hit you in the eye?

My statement was too much of a hedge to be trolling. Anti-Apple folk see it as a mockery of Apple (like giantvegenetics) and pro-Apple people see it as an ironically true statement (like Posonby and daricciuto).
