If the system isn’t good enough that you’d let an unlicensed vehicle passenger operate the vehicle, it probably shouldn’t be available to everyone.

Sure, we all get pissed when that truck pulls in front of us going only 4 mph faster than the one he’s trying to pass, but they bring us our stuff mostly on time and work hard to do it. The overwhelming majority are professional and courteous under trying conditions.

Or his equipment had an issue... The tractor or the trailer. It can happen and given he did actually use the ramp he may have very well been a skilled driver who’s equipment had a very bad day through no fault of his own.

Or maybe they were dragging and he didnt know, or maybe something else failed.
