Nah, you’ve definitely got an empathy problem. Here’s just one perspective:

Your views on food sourcing are one thing, but your perspective that “everybody would have enough time to cook, just like me, if they weren’t so lazy and wasteful and uncreative!” is just outright bullshit.

There’s no “knowing how to deal with” mother nature. She wins. Always.

Hmm, I misread your comment as referring to drivers on the beltway more generally. In fairness to myself, “driving a few inches from each other at speed” applies in that case as well.

It’s almost as if you get more snow in NE Ohio than we do in DC!

Spend hundreds of dollars on something you’ll need once or twice a year at most!

The difference between cheap stuff and tri-ply clad truly is night and day. Walmart has a Tramontina tri-ply clad 12” frying pan for $50. Costco has the same in a 10” for $36. Just make sure you grab a clad pan, which has a seamless look, as opposed to one where the base is separate from the pan; the latter heats

You know, as far as nonstick pans go I actually really like the SKÄNKA series from IKEA.
