I think “top nacho slinger” is a goal we can all aspire to in our lives. 

Karl Ehmer makes a superb Weisswurst. I have identified a couple of suppliers north of NYC in Westchester, but they are not as reliable as they once were - it’s always, sadly a bit of catch as catch can, and the dedicated KE stores seem to close with distressing regularity. The manual was the standard K-car 5 speed - serviceable, but in no danger of rapturous description. It’s easily one of the most gorgeous domestic cars of the era, but laughably no way through any other rational lens.

I’ve got a 2017 Alltrack SE and I love the thing. We’ve driven it to the very tip of Labrador and back. it goes everywhere and does everything I ask of it. When I finally get around to replacing it it will be with another mono-space, but geez a GTI wagon would really be awesome.
