Agh! I have actually been to the R.E. Lee church before in Virginia. I remember saying to someone, "Huh, usually churches are named after a saint." And they said back, "Well, Robert E. It is possible that he violated HIPPA; although the CEO could claim that referencing the two "distressed babies" was "anonymous" because he did not include personally identifiable information. However, I think it is likely that anyone who knew the parents involved would have known to whom he was referring.
