Hard disagree. Being able to access the rear seat via door is fantastic, especially if you’re putting a human back there. Aesthetically I don’t find it unpleasant. Just watched Doug’s video from about a week ago on the old RS6 that came to the US in the early 2000s – that had a solar panel on the sunroof that was used to power the A/C system when the car was off, to keep the interior from getting too hot. At least that’s what Doug claimed it did, no idea how it worked…

As with most things the answer is buy the damn Lexus. You can’t use any of the “extra” speed and the bummer bullshit is going to ruin it. Just buy the damn Lexus and don’t worry about it as your drive from your gated community to your dental practice. 

There are many things that can bring a person joy in life, and I can’t imagine how I could get an extra $200,000 worth of joy from the Rapide.
