@Joe Geronimo: It never ceases to amaze me how many people have disdain for the notion of a rear-facing camera on the iPad. Can you REALLY have too many cameras? It's odd that people still shun it even though all signs point to APPLE THEMSELVES thinking a rear-facing camera is a good idea.
