Having never seen anything earlier than Eccleston, they're old-school to me, and the show's tone and serious-ness (with its ability to tell long-running stories) have changed since the two first seasons(/series) of the reboot. This episode could've fit right in with those episodes. That was all I meant. :)

We don't know. But I doubt it's anything good.

First off; the "All agree?"-part had to do with the "Having just wrote that theory, I really, really hope that this two-parter has absolutely nothing to do with the rest of the season."-part. Which means that you agree with me.

I didn't love this episode either, but hell, it was better than FEAR HER.

How about Fish Fingers? :)

Indeed. I thought this episode was quite good; it was more of an Old-School Doctor Who-episode. Something that could've been in the Eccleston-era (the Moffat-ep with the gasmask), or late Tennant (like Waters of Mars).

I fully agree with b). Now, with 1) however... :D

I also picked up on that. Don't know what it means, though - I assumed it was the Tardis that "sent them there", to the place were "they needed to go". (I think we're here. This is it" and "Accident? Yes. I know. Accident.") but I don't know. This two-parter, now with the second Doctor and all, is probably going to

First off; they should've done more with H.P. Lovecraft. He should've been a quasi-preacher, receiving "visions" that weren't exactly on his "wavelength" (or however the hell this stuff works). His Cthulhu should've been Castiel ("In his house at R'lyeh (Purgatory), dead Cthulhu (The souls of the monsters?

Holy shit - ONCE UPON A TIME looks FANTASTIC! That 2-minute trailer really made me interested.

Um... What? :/

Is this a meme (or series) I haven't heard of? Please enlighten me of what that clip means, and where it comes from. :)

I really hope that book is fictional.

It better be. :) And they've promised an epic, jaw-dropping cliffhanger.

Holy freaking shit.

CHUCK got renewed - that's great. And it don't matter what night it's on, since the fifth season will be Chuck's last - that's right, they're wrapping it up and giving us an end! (Which, you've got to admit, is kind of awesome.)

It won't matter in the long run, though, because this'll be CHUCK's last season. Yes, you read that right - the show's coming to a close.

Well, Gaiman also wrote all of Neverwhere, a British fantasy series. I haven't had a chance to see it myself, but it's supposed to be quite good. That is, if you ignore the campy look, seeing that it was made by the BBC in 1996. Let's just say that special effects has certainly gone up a few notches since then, and

And here I am, thinking it wouldn't be possible to be more excited for this episode, when this came along. Oh, how wrong a man can take.

The fact that this show seems to think it's good enough to release something like that and pass it off as a trailer. The mere fact that nothing happens in the trailer seems to suggest that nothing will happen in the show.
