You are more of less right, it was tedious. The best memories of wow were of the people that I played it with. I see too many people that let nostalgia get the better of them and dont recall things for how they were, but how they romanticized them to be.

I log in to do dailies and I am at around a level 11 rank. By doing only this (playing for 30 minutes maybe) I have 6000 gold saved up. I'd say the game is definitely creative. It's definitely done some groundbreaking.

Without having played hearthstone you also probably don't know that hearthstone does not have any instant-speed interaction, it only allows blockers when a creature has the mechanic, and the meta-game is extremely narrow. Knowing an opponents hand is probably only advantageous to players that dont know the "cards"…
