It was this:
It was this:
FF6 was my very first RPG game as a kid (I was definitely in school by then, as a friend had let me borrow it - maybe 3rd or 4th grade?), and it still is my favorite to date, even with my nostalgia glasses off. The music certainly had an effect on me as well, and certainly fostered a love of video game music going…
If we are counting localizations this year, then Ys: Memories of Cleceta has a pretty rockin' soundtrack. That's no surprise for fans of the franchise though.
At this point Pokémon games are like sports games. You don't want a neutral view, you want a fan perspective, because if you want to know if this a good videogame, then it's not for you. The question is if it's a good Pokémon game.
Worth noting that the Ys games are 66% off on steam right now. Haven't played I+II but Oath in Felghana and Origins are both fantastic games and at 5 dollars you can't really go wrong.
Its not an indicator of how good it is, it is an indicator of how much its still worth. Nintendo has already made its profit off of it, the game simply isnt worth $10 anymore.
Thing is, KZ 3 went with colors that made no sense together. The pallette was jarring and forced. This looks like a very nice balance of vibrant without being garish.
I agree.
I played FF7 a year ago (and still have not beaten it) and I really liked that sort of cyber punk fantasy setting with some real world assets.
You gotta mix stuff up in order to make it interesting.
This is why I couldn't give less of a rats ass about remember me.
