As a die-hard Spice Girls fan, I approve. They give off the same sort of attitude and vibe. I dig.

Very nice! Thank you. I'm going to try those. :)

Canada might also carry some of these European brands, for those of you closer to the border.

I gotta hand it to her... She looks DAMN good. And she seems like a really fun person to be around.

When you don't design a disastrous dress on Project Runway, anyway.

I'm so glad that out of this mess, you've gotten a ton of support and positivity. You're right; people make mistakes. Regardless of age. My science teacher electrocuted himself in front of the whole class (he was okay, but still). Science is tricky, and mistakes happen. But ESPECIALLY with science, if we were always

Haha. That's a pretty good idea, actually. I clean up my fiance's crumbs all the time, so next time I'm making him tell the stories ;)

Great reply and a pretty unique response with the whole timeline thing. Noted, though. Share my experience... But let it go. Everyone has that friend that's all about themselves, and I would hate to come off as that person.

Thanks!

Awe, thank you! That helps a lot. Yeah, when people get eye-rolly that they "have" to be somewhere fabulous, that can get a little irritating. :S I have friends like that, too. And you hit the nail on the head that perhaps a little excitement and gratitude is much easier to swallow than snobbishness.

Ah, I get it! Yeah. I think you've pinpointed GOOP's problem to a tee. I couldn't quite put my finger on why I was disliking what she was saying, but her tone when she drones on and on about her wood-fire pizza oven like everyone has one is a little severe and prickly to swallow.

Awe, thank you for giving me that reassurance. Really good advice. I guess keeping the audience in mind never hurts! Leaving out some minor details here and there would make the stories a little more palatable for most, while I still get to share my experience. Thank you!

Ahhh, thank you for relating! I always go away, and then have all these stories, and I feel like I have no one to talk about them with that won't give me a sneer behind my back. Gah.

That is absolutely perfect of your hotel-job friend. Very well played! And I suppose getting some wonderful chocolate out of it sweetens the deal. Thank you for your reply. It was just what I was looking for. Honest and informative. Thank you!

What I'm wondering is, how can one tell others about travel, vacation, etc. without coming off like Gwyneth Paltrow. Is there a tactful way of telling others about things that are going well for you? Sometimes when I'm telling a story or something, suddenly I'll feel bad and think... "Should I have told this person

Oh, Damn. I shoulda started with a spoiler alert disclaimer. I've disappointed tens of fans!

That cover .gif is absolutely frightening. It looks like Zack Galifianakis making love to a Real Doll.

I'm glad that to you I'm a vile cunt. There is no way in hell I would want someone like you to like me. Ever. You're complete and utter trash, and aside from this post I have never, and will never converse with anyone else like you. So go back to putting on your white eyeshadow and trolling.

Over and out, fart!

I wanna know what her old nose looks like.

You might want to wait until you have an argument with someone else before you regurgitate my comments to you, back to me. Who's the adolescent here? You can't even argue properly.

Just about everyone else begs to differ with you. We all don't like you here.

Is that what you think? You make a splash? You make a damn fool out of yourself. And that's about all. So don't flatter yourself.
