As a DMV resident, it pisses me off to no end when (MD) drivers crank up the stupid to 200%. Bonus points if they're driving like a drunken sailor.

They already have a fines system, but I think the devs might be having a problem figuring out how to prevent the bounty frok occurring. The 1.04 update was supposed to help mitigate the issue, but it didn't.
Players and NPCs alike can scan your ship to see if you have a bounty. Once they see that, they can attack you. You can evade detection using chaff or turning off all of your subsystems (the latter not being as effective).

Tokyo Ghoul looks promising, especially with season 2 and Parasyte is definitely a must watch.
It'll be interesting to see how this season of Tokyo Ghoul diverges from the manga. That being said, there's alot of decent shows this season!
