Awesome sound but funny looking car. They need to lose the angry eyes design language. It's just stupid and quirky (and not in a good way).

Well done, I approve of this graphic...and sentiment, and Lamborghini, and racecars and...

So are you saying that the WSJ is the new Joe Biden?

I'll give them points for trying. I think the front end is ok looking. It gets a bit funky from the A-pillar to the rear but not a bad try.

Why is Steve McQueen cool?... because race car.

Yep, Karsten is correct. That's the hood for the big block option for 66 and 67 cars. The 65 big block hood looked different.

    That engine sound is intoxicating.

    Poor premise, incorrect argument...moving on.

It's not hugely flammable but like metal it's not going to be the problem if (when) a fire starts. There are plenty of other flammable parts on a car that will be burning quite well such as paint, wiring, gas, plastic, rubber, etc. Either way even a brief engine fire will heat damage the tub enough that it won't be

What a great writeup from a real car guy. I've never heard of this guy before but you can tell by what he says about his cars that he is a true gear head. I enjoyed that immensely.

No, no, there are very few sinister looking cars these days. Just about everything currently in production would fit much better in a Jerry Lewis movie.

The sky in this photo is more beautiful and more menacing than the car. Talk about a design train wreck, wow.

The price is borderline and would really depend on how the car checks out but if it's in as good of shape as it looks from the photos it wouldn't be a bad deal. Haggle down to $7K and you're good!

Now that is awesome. Most amusing, indeed.

That's painful to watch. Ain't nobody have snow tires in Dallas and certainly not Corvette owners (including me). I just stayed home. Too many people out there that don't know what they're doing and there's no reason to risk stuffing the car in a ditch 'cause that can happen even when you know what you're doing.

I like this "Morning Shift" section. I'm also glad to hear that you're continuing to tweak things based on input. The new 5.0 isn't all roses yet but I think you're making progress.

I'm with you. Darker is better.

Nice black out... except the yellow...and the chrome. I'm truly a sucker for black cars. It certainly looks mean. Tint the windows and you're good.

You're going to poke an eye out with that!
