#10 - No. Left lanes are not for passing; they're for congestion easement. If you're traveling less than the speed limit in the that lane, then move right. If there's a law for traffic impediment in that lane (which is an oxymoron if it's just for passing) then enforce the law.

"compelled through force, threat, or controlled substance." Well, that's just horrible for the victim. Unless of course, the attorney can successfully argue that alcohol is a controlled substance. What happened was clearly wrong. How the law appears to be written is clearly just as bad.

You left out the most important point: duplication. With the correct equipment, thieves can break into your car, hook up the system and create a duplicate key, thus allowing them to drive off with your car in less than a minute. Just google 'keyless entry car thefts'

I disagree.  NASCAR had as much right pull this video based on the DMCA as the USA had to imprison Japanese citizens (based upon percived risks) during WWII.  Both instances are an example of a miscarriage and misapplication of the law and/or power.

@ work I use three monitors and two computers with synergy between both of the systems. Two monitors are in landscape (standard) configuration. One is for email, the other used primarily for a debug and shell windows, while the third is turned 180 degrees and is used for the main coding window. I also use an

No, no, no... they're not made to make you want to use them.  They're made to make you want to collect them and never use them.  That way, they get the benefit of selling the stamp without actually having to put out for it later.

Nice lines.  The more I look at this car, the more I like the styling.

Why stop here?  They should have shortened the window a bit more to enable the finder to be a bit taller, wider and fatter.  And whats up with those skinny wheels?  Put some fat on there, for goodness sakes.

If you need fenders that big, you'd better be running the thing on the track.  Why don't they just put a Coke holder there, eh?

... but not crazy about the wheels.

Love the color

Not sure what to think about the redesign yet.  I've become tired of seeing the same-old-design on site-after-site-after-site.

You're right. Sweeping generalizations really aren't warranted.

No, no, no. We wouldn't do that. BMW will continue to sell M's for a good long while. Even if they have to pump fake engine noise into the cabin just to make us feel better about the money we just plopped on the table.

Oh, sure it is the Glock's fault. If they didn't have guns, there would be no problem, right? ;-)

How about actually identifying the suspect as 1) the person you're looking for and 2) armed, 3) brandishing a weapon in your direction? Typical bully policemen.

I don't care how skittish they are, or how incensed they are. What they did was wrong and unlawful. They should be held accountable, and in the least, fired.

49 and she has a granddaugther in middle school? Something is amiss.

I'm going to guess there's an FAA official somewhere trying to cypher who, when and where.

I prefer the other Chitty. As in Chitty, Chitty, Bang, Bang
