Ground Zeroes looks so good and runs like a dream. Cannot wait for Phantom Pain. Really proud of the work Kojima's team put into the PC version, although they could work on the mouse and keyboard controls a little. How about mouse operated menus? :P

yeah I could see that idea working out pretty well actually

It would be cool to make a sequel where the original character is now a teacher, and teams up with a new kid student to take over the school from a tyrannical headmaster and his spoiled nephew who runs the school. Or something like that...

Same thing with GTA when my friends and I had a blast trying to hit each other with rpgs and other GTA mayhem, because of their IN GAME sound track you get flagged. Its not like I had it playing in the background of my room (like they originally claimed was the reason for putting this in), I was just playing my game

Holy shit.
This is legitimately one of the coolest things I've seen in weeks....

They must have bought a Belkin router.

It took getting a GTX 980 to start getting 60fps at 1080p on my PC and I have been having fun but I know Ubisoft can't expect every person to own a $600 graphics card hopefully this next patch fixes it for everyone.

I'm probably the only one who LOVED the blades on the Xbox 360. I'm not a fan of the metro (Windows 8) style.

All of the games you mention are in fact, great. But then there is Xenogears; the Chuck Norris of all JRPG's. Trust me, Xenogears is also known to cure cancer. Steve Jobs never played Xenogears and look what happened to him.

Try Xenogears. It's turn based and quite a lot of fun. Plus there's mechs!

Breath of Fire. 3 and 4 especially. They are fantastic games. I also love 5, but it seems more divisive. 3 and 4 have a classic PS1 RPG feel, 5 was more innovative (and some people think reductive.) They, a lot like Final Fantasy games, aren't really connected from game to game. They have the same main cast but

Final Fantasy Tactics.

Yesss get grandia! One of my all time favourites, funny, good story & great gameplay. I don't think they're on psn but I would recommend koudelka (predecessor to the shadow hearts games) and jade cocoon (in my opinion, far greater than the sequel when all the minions looked the same...)

You've touched on a lot of the major ones here, but I have a few other suggestions.

Thanks for this - bookmarked. I've been wanting to go back and discover some PS1 RPG's, and I hear a lot about Suikoden. I missed that era, and a ton of PS1 & PS2 RPG's (I had an N64 & PC instead of Playstation)

This boy will be the chosen one!

Fallout 4 limited edition better comes packaged with 14" CRT TV to play on.

BWAHAHAHA
