Mike Fahey is the best thing to ever happen to Kotaku. So much lol here.

I lost my best friend in an unexplained accident right after I graduated high school. I took it very hard, and grief took over all aspects of my life, we were very close. Not knowing how he really died, made finding peace seem impossible. It wasn’t until I picked up a Sega Dreamcast at a second hand store, and a copy…
I agree with Luke on this one. I only came here to say that for me, the PS4’s gyro typing is the best keyboard-to-controller solution so far.
After playing a ton of PS4 lately, I popped Uncharted 3 in my PS3 the other day. The game still leaves me in awe of how gorgeous it is in 720p/30FPS. After seeing the polished work they did with The Last of Us on PS4, I can’t wait to support this.
I hate to be “that guy”, but I’d be a lot happier to hear them say they’ll fix Fallout 3 on PC. Even with days of research, a list of forum posts, tutrorials, a pile of fixes and mods a mile high, and monster PC, the 360 version is still more stable. Fallout 4? Great. Fallout 3 fixed to run on modern hardware? Better.…
I am going to put this “case by case” part to the test after work, been trying to get a refund on the abhorrent turd that is “Ravens Cry” since release. Maybe this time I’ll have a better chance...
Someone should make an app where people can post locations of these sweet looking machines.
Nice read. I played Modern Warfare 1 & 2 back at release on 360. Recently I decided to go back and play the PC versions of Modern Warfare 1 & 2, to refresh my memory so I could play MW3 and know what was going on with the story. I finished MW2 yesterday so this is perfect timing.
Not long ago in local news a burglar made a sandwich in his victims kitchen. I hope my burglar dislikes condiments...
Loved the film, but what I really fell head over heels for was the video game on Xbox 360 & PS3. I had so much fun with that game, I was sad when it was finally pulled from stores. Man, that was a great game. I think I am gonna have to play that again after work now..
Yeah, he was nice to my cousin too. She encountered him in a Grocery store in the middle of the night in Florida in the late 90’s. He was buying cereal. She screamed and said “Oh my god, you’re Johnny Depp!” He smiled and said “Yep, sure am”. He then recommended a good breakfast cereal, said it was nice meeting her,…
Encountered Sylvester Stallone who was going out to lunch with Jerry Bruckheimer, in a local pizza place. He was a total arrogant dickface. Being a huge fan of the Rocky Movies, it broke my heart.
This is cool. Nintendo trying the championships again, using the same logo from my childhood, and Reggie shamelessly loving some Nintendo. Yep, you keep on doin’ your own thing Nintendo. It makes me smile.
The PS3 and the PS4 versions are a good remasters, I have em’ both. Something about the PS4 version really catched my eye though - textures, colors, and effects are outstanding. Getting used to the arranged music too (I went with original on PS3), they really did a great job.
So, yesterday I pick up Final Fantasy X HD on PS4. I really enjoy how great it looks on my TV on a modern console and think “Man, I wish they’d do this for Dragon Quest VIII...” Then I wake up the next day and see they are, but it’s on the 3DS?! This is total crap. Yep, I’m pissed.
Cool. This sounds like what I wanted Metal Gear Acid to be. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still an OK game..
Go to the hardware store and get a sheet of plexiglass cut, stick some felt pads on the edges of the TV and game on, scratch-free.
Been watching a lot of these on Kotaku this year, and I have to say - given the teeny tiny difference between the Titan X and the 980, The titan seems like a big waste of money compared to it.
You should keep a copy of Final Doom laying around in case it ever happens again.
