Time for a story from the mental hospital -

You missed the point. That one replay cost Oklahoma the game and maybe season, NOT giving up 48 points to Kansas State.

If you’re curious about exactly how this is possible, the Internet Archive has a wonderful blog post that explains the process of getting these games working in a playable state.

THIS. I know they tout the “gazillion guns” thing but honestly I’d rather have like 100 guns that feel good to shoot. Also, there are SO many junk weapons that I feel as though I spend more time in my inventory junking bad guns then I do actually playing the game.

We as a society can’t just forever mark someone because of an accusation especially when it goes nowhere.

Looks to me more like he lowered a shoulder and led with his forearm which is exactly what they are trying to prevent.

considering his body was almost horizontal when he made contact with lucroy (who i thought would be on an episode of let’s remember some guys by now) I believe him when he says he was diving for the inside corner of the plate.

I would just like to say that your attempt to compare a rich white fan/owner shoving a player, who had zero interaction with him or his family, because he felt entitled to do so, to a well known black GM being stopped by a cop, supposedly because his visible credentials weren’t visible enough, and then allegedly being

In his defense, the officer was probably just on edge from being surrounded by so many giant, successful, black men.

Well that revealed... nothing...

I guess the answer was fall apart.

You should “PayAttentionPlease”. Not once has Dany ever KILLED 10,000s of innocent civilians??? She even said last season, when Ollena told her she needed to be feared, that she wouldn’t be the “queen of ashes” or whatever. This is an incredibly rushed ending to her story, if you want to say anything positive about

I always wondered what the show would do when it ran out of source material. I guess the answer was fall apart.

I’m gonna be super pedantic here about “protected class.” There really isn’t such a thing -- technically everybody is in a protected class because you can’t discriminate on the basis of race, sex, etc, and everybody has those characteristics. It’s not like straight, white, and male is “neutral” and everything else is

You're not an idiot. Unlike too many people, you understand the reaction of a person who has no idea why 5 cops are pointing their guns at him

Agreed.

I went back and watched the video of the incident, and I admit I should’ve done that before I involved myself in the conversation.

I come from a law enforcement family, and to the best of my knowledge, my parents have never killed or harmed anyone in the line of duty (or otherwise). I get defensive about law

I went back and watched the video.

I cannot and will not try to retract my previous comments. I said them, and I meant them at the time. If nothing else, they stand in illustration of my ignorance at the moment.

I’d absolutely support a charge of manslaughter or negligent homicide against this officer, given the way

If they were summoned under the idea that the person on that porch was armed, dangerous, and holding hostages?

I’d say there’s room for argument.

Also, the officer who first responded had no way to know the dude who answered the door lived there, was unarmed, or was not a threat.

None of that excuses shooting the guy.

Exactly what happens in like 99.99% of police shootings

Everything growing in a farmer’s field is covered in shit.
