My most embarrassing moment came one day when I was on my way to work. It was a regular day just like any other. The tires on my car were worn, but still had life on them, the ground was cool, but not icy (SoCal). I was driving down an S Curve on-ramp like I do every day of the week and the next thing I know I am in

The U.S. Department of Transportation plans to make "a major announcement" about the General Motors recalls at 11 a.m. ET today. More to come.

Peugeot did the red-blending thing too, back in the nineties, on even the cheapest model in their lineup. It can't be that difficult or expensive.

If it has bolt holes, chances are it has been on an A4 VAG chassis. Those vortex kiddo's are nuts.

Yeah, but the best mismatch is Volvo and Ferrari. They (unknowingly?) shared the same bolt pattern and offsets for decades (60s through early 90s)...

Yes, the S600 had a 5.5L V12. The 6.0 was offered on the S65 AMG, which was, if you can believe even more bonkers than this car. That could hit 60 in 3.8 seconds and do well north or 200 mph in stock form. They're super duper rare though. The 6.0 is the direct iteration of the Maybach engine, when the 5.5L version is
