there is still stuff like the Volvo S60R, i dont remember if its RWD or AWD but its an inline 5 turbo and I can tell you thats its very quick.

This is possibly the best comment I've ever read. definite COTD.

Well, since your opposed to a beetle, not that I blame you, I've a '74 and It breaks constantly. the price I pay for loving Aircooled, I don't know much about Hot Hatches, but I believe there was a ford focus RWD at some point, dont quote me though. Give it a few years and the 350Z is a decentish choice if you like

We have those, the original Beetle, any Miata, like you said the AE86, Nissan Silvia/240z depending on where your from.

Dammit, you beat me to it, guess I've gotta find a different race car now.

So im not the only one who calls them a spinning dorito.

So...my interpretation, to become a racing hero, when shit goes wrong, ignore it and keep going, preferably in first until your car is totally killed, then get out and act like you accomplished something. Or, when it starts smoking badly, stop it and save the car...

that was a low blow. hahaha, I'm a dodge fan, just not so much the new stuff. And im from the side of the states that isnt all married to immediate family members. hahaha

Hey, where do you run these races? I've a beetle of my own and am really into offroad racing.

I do believe your onto something.

Porsche 911 GT3-RS. My ultimate dream car. If I ever manage to get one, I'll park it so far from the store it would have been easier to just walk to the store, and I'd take up at least two spaces. probably.

Or this 6 turbo V8 Cummins into a E-Body Mopar.

I've been thinking the same thing ever since I visited my mom and she had a prius, but I'd do a 340 Hemi with some boost, and as much muffler as i could get so it doesnt give it away, then floor it on some poor bastard in a mustang.

A 426 Hemi into my 1974 VW Beetle would be pretty cool. Packaging would be a huge problem though. But just imagine the fun on track day.

coolest, was either a Lancia Stratos or a Plymouth Superbird with a 10:71 Blower on it. The Plymouth I think was the cooler of the two.

I played a few slow rock songs. It worked pretty well.

Why do the Audi's lights flash? Probably a stupid question, but I don't get it?

i love watching these things! i know a guy who tried it once.

I am humbled.

This is a R/T a '71 T/A would look like the one in this picture.
