Honestly I think the book would be more tolerable if Stephenson’s writing were a tad more coherent.

There is going to be a delay in the series coming to air, not until winter. This should give enough time for her to come back from her pregnancy, I hope.

I think an interesting Spinoff of POI could be put together based on Shaw and Root.

PoI has great characters. And we’ll miss ‘em.

I hate to say it, but Snow Crash didn’t hold up for me. It’s not Stephenson’s fault that reality passed him by (one might congratulate him on his prescience), but it did, and now that book seems dated.

Do you drive a lot? I find audiobooks easiest to listen to when I’m driving. Once you hear James as Harry, you won’t want to bother with paper books.

It had potential because the books are awesome, but Syfy wasn’t the network for it. And the casting was all off. There should be Dresden Files on the screen, though. Maybe as Netflix miniseries or Starz or something. Someone that can spend the money to do it right.
