I had to adore the fact that in The Doctor's Wife the TARDIS comments on her human form "it's bigger on the inside" it's a fantastic episode no matter how you slice it, but that was just such an intense line that appeared to be a throwaway, yet meant everything.

Wish we could have an interactive, international version of this.

That Grimm episode played in Canada too, and I have to say, that's probably the worst episode of Grimm ever. All the guys just randomly team up to go "Scooby Gang" on a non-vessan volcano god. I keep hearing io9 use the term "genre show" instead of the more direct "science fiction" label. Why?

I understand that the term "science fiction" carries a certain connotation that makes it unappealing for some (not me, obviously) and that - like all labels - it's fraught with imprecision. I get that. But is "genre

Manical hysteria is the only cure. If someone near you coughs, you have to run and spread the disease to as many people as possible so as to remove the virus in yourself.

The swine flu epidemic a few years ago nearly killed my brother, not because he ever contracted swine flu but because when he presented at emergency with difficulty breathing due to fluid on his lungs the doctors and nurses shrugged their shoulders and just assumed it was swine flu because hey that's what everybody

If the Creation Museum has taught us anything, it is that we did not run from dinosaurs, but rode on their backs.
