So I read this comment about 4 hours ago and was all nostalgic for Buffy fanfic which I haven't really read for years, 20 odd chapters in and you could safely say I'm hooked.

Out of Gas and The Wish would also be my pick of 'perfect' episodes if I had to pick one each for Firefly and Buffy without re-watching. The x-files is just too long ago for me to make a stab in the dark but I will say Squeeze is one of the episodes that I actually remember more than vaguely and it was damn good.

I get that race diversity on telly is an issue and I am heartbroken about Tripp, I really loved him and I admit I was hoping for a little Tripp/Simmons down the road but the case of Tripp leaving may have been more the actors desire than the writers since he seems to have a pretty busy acting scheduled atm. So yeah

For me it was the last few minutes of episode 10 season one, I'd been watching it quite happily up until then but that was the moment PoI went from decent enough background telly to OMG yes I must watch more of this show right now.

The food from Pern always seemed yummy, particularly bubbly pies and Klah (a coffee like drink), it was never anything mind blowing like Wonka's candy room but it always appealed to me.

I didn't really mind Skyline, though it should have ended 5-10 minutes earlier, the ending is what ruined it for me, however it certainly does not need a sequel...

I'm having a mini melt down trying to contain my excitement about PoI being only a week away.

Person of Interest can not be back on my telly fast enough, gives it to me now!

I started this series years ago and got up to the fourth book, I think, but my local book store had trouble ordering in the next one for me for some reason and I kind of just let the series fall by the way side. I was recently reminded of it however and have since picked it back up thanks to the wonder that is ebooks

I'm sad the Last ship only has one episode left, I came for Jayne and Rhona Mitra and well ended up kinda really liking it which was unexpected.

It's a book not a show but my favourite zombie story where all zombie pop culture existed pre-zombie event is Feed by Mira Grant. It's worth a look if don't-say-the-z-word zombie stories aren't you thing.

OMG thankyou for reminding of this, I read the first twenty odd chapters years ago and then stopped with the intention of going back to it but I never did and it remained totally forgotten until I read you post.

I've seen this once not long after it came out and the only thing I remember about it is being unreasonably pissed off when it ended and I can't even remember what went down to cause such a level of distaste.

I just had to go dig out my Stargate DVDs so I could watch this episode again thanks to you. It really is one of my favorites and the end hits you just that much harder because of the fun you were having watching the fist 3 quarters of the episode.

I like post-apocalyptic movies/books, they're totally my crack but this movie managed to slip right by me. I only saw it for the first time a few months ago and boy oh boy was it worth it, it's never going to be remembered as a great movie but damn it was fun.

Oh boy do I have some catch up to do, I think the last one I read was a fistful of charms. I knew there was more, but 7 more? Damn and yay. I really loved the first few as well, but I had trouble getting the next book for a decent price but now that I have a kobo they'll be easy to get. I was in the mood for urban

I love Frenchies and they were on my list of dogs to own...until I realised how fucked their breed had become thanks to irresponsible breeding, if I could find a breeder near-ish me that was working on correcting the breed through responsible breeding I may reconsider but as it stands I'm not willing to support

Oh my, she would make a great Georgia.

Awesome news. I actually stumbled over Parasite by accident and really, really loved it and then went searching to see if I she had done anymore stuff and that's when I found the Feed/Deadline series and oh boy did they blow my mind with how awesome they were, particularly Feed. I put Feed as one of my all time

This so much, I love the Pern dragons in general, they're probably my favourite dragons ever but Ruth is just the bestest of them all. He is adorable.
