I'm an RN with more experience with this than I often care to recall. This isn't a seizure, it isn't a diabetic low or high, it's a strung-out asshole.

I've worked with a lot of heroin cases and opiated behavior like this are pretty unmistakable. If you're a mom with a drug abuse problem, taking the bus right after shooting up isn't at all uncommon. I'm kind of shocked people are making such a big deal of this, not because it isn't sad or difficult to watch, but…

I've worked with people with seizure disorders for about four years now, and I doesn't look like any seizure I've seen. Then again, I don't know this woman, and when it comes to my clients other factors are at play as well.

As someone who lives downtown in a huge city and takes public transport I can tell you that this certainly looks like a heroin high and that it is most likely not some other condition.
