I really enjoyed GR Wildlands. This seems like an improved version of that. Also, I REALLY like how the eat and drink is a positive experience vs. a required negative experience. Gonna keep my eye on this.

It’s probably way too soon to know what the combat will be in the end. We didn’t even see the skill tree that you know exists. 

GOW was very corridor-y as well, and it’s one of the best games in decades. If they work it like GOW where there is some freedom, but also more granular linear areas, I think that will be fine. 

The movement is super clunky. But I’m sure that will get ironed out. Seems like it will be an above average SP game.

EDIT: People are react like this is the Gold version...It’s alpha and very little was revealed...

It seems that way. As a Sony person, I’m concerned about them regressing again next gen. It’s fine the be proud of the domination they’ve had this gen from a console and game standpoint, but if they let it go to their heads again, history will probably repeat itself.

I’d recommend the books at the very least. I enjoyed them.

I enjoyed it. But I also read the books it was based on, many years ago, which I enjoyed. So I might be biased. Bummed it got cancelled.
