Number 1 there was ABSOLUTELY No reason to have the car that high off the ground. second the proper way to have controlled the vehicle would have been with tag lines keeping the workers well away from the danger. The lack of safety protocol is frankly disheartening. Sad to hear a worker needlessly lost his life.
