I almost feel like this power unit replacement shouldn’t count towards their yearly allotment. It’s not like it was a reliability that took out this engine....

There are parts stores that offer free installation of wiper blades with purchase. Maybe someone should offer free instillation of light bulbs with purchase*.

There’s a joke like that regarding millwrights.

One of the guys on Sky Sports coverage (maybe Martin Brindle?) had the perfect comment half way through qualifying.

I have a 2012 Focus with the my Ford whatever-its-called. (My Ford touch? Ford my sync? Ford sync something?)

Who would legally be to blame for that crash? I’m assuming the 2nd car because they were following too close, but the 1st car definitely triggered it all by executing a dangerous, completely unnecessary manouver.

The highway was originally intended as a bypass around Toronto to alleviate congestion on the 401. But the government sold the highway off to a group of private investors (majority owned by a Spanish company), who just cranked up the rates.

Wow. I wish.

“I drove by a company that sold manufactured homes, but these were repossessed manufactured homes. I would not want to be a manufactured home repo man. Those would be hard to sneak away. Knock, Knock, Knock. “Hi…could you go…cut your grass? Then look that way for half an hour?”

I’m not a carbon fiber expert either. I’ve just always been fascinated by it, and I’m a cyclist, which is an industry heavily invested in carbon fiber. It also appears to me that the cycling industry stays on top of industry trends when it comes to carbon fiber.

It might actually weigh more. The woven carbon fiber look that everyone is used to seeing / calls carbon fiber is often a vanity ply that’s applied on top of unidirectional sheets to hide all the layers / layup of unidirectional plys.

Si or Type S to compete with the GTI and the Focus RS? Don’t you mean the Focus ST?

Ahaha. Didn’t expect anyone to actually do the math on this one! Good work sir!

Why would they fully charge them? Everyone knows you only drag race witb a 1/4 tank or less. Any more than that is just extra weight to carry!

Wasn’t it only the 996's with the IMS issues?

Good question. That’d be interesting to look into.

Makes perfect sense, and I wasn’t trying to mislead in any way shape or form. Thanks for filling in some of the blanks.

Efficiency.

I’ve always said that the reason the American auto industry took such a hit in 2008-2009 is because they weren’t listening to what their customers wanted. No one uses turn signals, yet they insit on putting them in every car they sell. Just imagine - if they had forgone turn signals, they could have given little Timmy

Yeah, true enough. Interior comfort is key if you’re spending lots of time there. And maybe it’s that comfort that makes you smile.
