Actually an easy question to answer if you go by your social network needs.

Or you could just.. you know... measure. With like a ruler? Or a measuring tape?

Tape measure works just fine IMO. Save the trees =)

The easiest way to do this is with a piece of paper and a pencil (or a crayon). Place the paper on the device in question and use the pencil back and forth like an etching. Does the same thing and you don't need a scanner. This trick has served me well for 20+ years.

Using a crayon or pencil to do a wax rubbing also works. High visibility, and no fiddling with print settings required.

Ah, but what if I'm trying to mount my scanner on the wall? There's a conundrum.

Wow, there's such an easier way to do this.

I tend to fill hollow them out, fill them up with lsd and place them in an available orifice to get through customs. The dragons and elves in my kitchen agree that its a pretty solid idea.

If you use an app like Tasker or Llama on Android it can triangulate your general position using cell towers instead of gps so it uses less battery. It can then be set to automatically disable wifi when you leave home.

I was an adult before I knew that you COULD carry a balance on a credit card. My dad consigned for a card for me when I was 16 (which has really helped with the longevity portion of my credit score) and told me to make sure I at least put something small on it every month and then pay it off every month. If you pay it

I have been in the banking industry for 30 + years, started in credit card collections and helped 2 children graduate college with 800+ credit scores. My advice - get a card early, take the first one you can get approved for and use it regularly. Charge something on it every month, but pay it it full every month!!

Oops!

If you're like me and always seem to be the last to get upgrades you can make do with Google Voice's call out feature in gmail by clicking on your name in Hangouts (within Gmail) and click "Revert to Old Chat". You can switch back to Hangouts once the upgrade rolls out to your account.

When You Shouldn't Get a Mac
Always.
