If you have $10,000 in cash, it is absolutely idiotic to blow it on the crap car that you would get for $10,000. Horrible advice. Finance rates are low, like 2% from a lot of credit unions. You could invest that cash and get much better return.
Yea seriously. How can one simply throw out maintenance and repair??? Warranties are the predominant reason rational people choose new. Even a Corolla out of warranty will exact costs that have to be considered.
