Hold the phone! You're telling me that Wal-Mart, the store that is known nationally for having the lowest prices on everything, has the LOWEST PRICES ON TOILETRIES??? Wow, that really IS a surprise. I'm completely shocked.
It shouldn't feel silly at all. This is the problem pretty much everyone has when they start meditating. Also, some days are better than others, even for experienced meditators.
You don't have to "trust" anything in life, especially a process like this. Check the book out from your library and try it for a few weeks. If it works, you're sleeping better. If not, you haven't lost anything. Sheesh, I guess you didn't really want help, just wanted to complain. Good luck with that.
Check out a book called "I Can Make You Sleep" by Paul McKenna. I haven't tried it myself, but I've heard rave reviews from others who have a lot of trouble falling asleep, or even staying asleep. I've also used a few of his other books, and he is a genius.
It makes me cringe that he has his Apple keyboard partially propped up on his Macbook Pro. Scratches and bad ergonomics are just two of the reasons that feels bad.
People try to make conversations of ethics really complicated. To me, it goes back to the Golden Rule: Treat others as you would have others treat you.

You do realize that probably about 60-70% of bathroom faucets have a slight leak, right? Probably right onto your home button.
So this guy is still around, huh? I would have thought all of the backlash from users might have made Lifehacker reconsider. I guess not.
This took me a single search to find it. I simply did a search based on how I thought an informational website would describe it. My search terms were:
Please provide us a list of your own personal websites that have been blacked out today. Also, please let us know how many hours you have devoted to the cause today, and all of the action steps you have taken to support the cause and/or contact your Congress persons.
They sound pretty cool. Do they automatically update, then, so that they always have the latest information? I'm getting on a flight, can I somehow insert these books into my smartphone so I have them available for reference?
No, there is a Windows version that is in Beta, but it's very stable. You just need to download the server app and the client app, and you're good to go.
I'm sure they will, especially since they said these are the last versions that will ever be released for PCs.
It required me to sign up for Google+, which I really didn't want to do, but I did it anyway, then the link kept saying I had to sign up for Google+ and I'd be redirected back. I was never redirected, and can't figure out how to sign up.
I have a better suggestion:
