Even on 2nd hardest difficulty, Stormtroopers die in one or two slashes. I think that’s pretty “realistic”

Totally agree - loved the first BL, couldn’t get into the second one for some reason (which seems to be most folks’ favorite), didn’t bother with the pre-sequel, and I have been having an absolute blast with BL3. It’s fantastic and I think it was a good thing they took so long between sequels on it.

The problem is that the guy they first assigned to Borderlands 3 openly disliked Borderlands to begin with.

I’d say the game has the best gameplay of any Borderlands game. Which is good.

I get it. I actually didn’t get BL3 at first (because of all the negative coverage) and only bought and last week. And boy am I having fun, didn’t expect it to be this good. I am playing on a relatively high end PC though.

Yeah, the amount that critics seem to dislike this game is second only to the amount they play it, apparently.

They are basing their coverage off of things Gearbox does in real life. Just because a company has been making questionable decisions with a solid IP doesn’t make covering those decisions questionable.
