“They would be insane to wilfully not have more Switches on shelves right now, while the system is white hot.”
“They would be insane to wilfully not have more Switches on shelves right now, while the system is white hot.”
Unfortunately, most of the developers and publishers see fit to only “take notice” of large “outcries” of things and never actually address or earnestly comment on them at the time (in this case, post-Japanese launch, pre-release elsewhere) to the audience trying to get their attention. It’s going to take the…
Oh, right, it’s the Seal that’s 50000. I knew there was some special reward at that one, which was the main point.
Did you do the Lunatic difficulty versions of Chapters 9, 10, and 11? They’re not impossible or anything, but they’re not necessarily cakewalks either. Especially if you were doing the quests for 10 and 11 in the window when they were active.
“Now I’m torn whether I want to go back to experience more content or move onto the next games I have on my backlog.”
The AAA game market is far too bloated for its own good anymore. Publishers usurped the market from the developers of old that started everything (making games that they wanted to see or play), and this is the natural result.
Once again, Nintendo of America is either too slow to get off their behind and announce this at the same time, or they continue their decent into further not giving two craps about the American market.
Bandai Namco‘s (the Japanese channel anyway) videos frequently do not allow comments either.
The argument of “try before you buy” that some pirates use as justification for their actions is no longer a valid one with Steam Refunds. Therefore, I am a-okay with a mod telling them to sod off if someone that pirated the game tries to use it.
I’ve played through the original and Legends a bunch, and, while I’d probably play it again similar to what you said, part of me wishes they’d do like a more modern update to the game. If there was one thing that always bugged me, it was how, in combat, the characters and ships on screen seemed to be abke ro do things…
Given how you can hit random battles while flying along the skies in a ship, I don’t think Chrono Trigger style non-random battles would work all that well with how many enemies they’d probably have to populate the skies with.
“Is Skies of Arcadia too much to hope for?” Yes, because Sega. They’ve had years to do it. They’ve had years to do the other Valkyria Chronicles games (especially since I believe the first one did very well on Steam?). They’ve had years to port lots of things to Steam that they seemingly won’t.
The Japanese fanbase has a very huge love of Marth. For the longest time, the original Mystery of the Emblem (a.k.a. FE3 on the Super Famicom) was the highest selling title in the series. (So, the speculation is that that fact plus a return to handhelds is why Shadow Dragon and New Mystery jumped back up after Radiant…
Still stupid. If someone doesn’t want spoiled, DON’T WATCH STREAMS FOR IT THEN. The fact that “mommy and daddy” need to save little Timmy from seeing it is asinine. Take some responsibility of your own for once.
I think P5AG is going to be the fighting game, as the previous two were Persona 4 Arena and Arena Ultimax. I wouldn’t be surprised if R is a Vita port, given that Namco (I know, not Atlus/Sega) does that with their “Tales of” ports. I mean, it could also be U, given that P4's was G, so there’s no real set acronym…
I wasn’t meaning the value when I was talking about not blaming you for hanging on to them, haha. While I didn’t have the opportunities to really share mine, I know exactly what you mean about the memories, which is what I was referencing for myself. I wouldn’t want to get rid of those early issues simply because, for…
I went back and rewatched SatAM a few months ago when Starz Kids and Family started rerunning it in the mornings. It kinda held up, but it did feel like it had definitely aged. It was worth reliving, but it didn’t carry the same memories that the early Archie series still does to this day (it jumped the shark for me…
FWIW, while some of the post-Issue 50 issues do have slightly more than normal values, most of the pricier issues are pre-Endgame. (Which, given that it’s comics from the 90s is still very surprising.)
Much as I agree, NoJ, even being the headquarters, seems to really only care about the home market (unless something NoA or NoE wants to do would interfere with them), so they likely don’t give any shits about what American or European consumers think about them. And, given that Nintendo basically wiped out any means…
Being a Steelers fan, I want to say “Too Soon”, but as a Highlander fan, that was too good.
