They have a few more mods then just the wheels those roof racks are not standard. In fact that whole cage structure with the racks on the front end all are aftermarket, but with that said they are still not too far off from what you can buy at your local Can Am dealer.
Its because you can always buy Rams at bigger discounts new then the Fords or Chevys. As a result the bigger discounts on new also pushes the used values down more.
Maybe Im the only one that liked it? I thought it gave good insight to why people like cars, and what cars mean to people. I think it was also good at showing that so many different backgrounds and cultures can get together over one specific hobby and find common ground.
Yea our Fred Meyer Gas Stations here in Idaho have those.
I think it looks sexy AF:
As you can notice that since FCA has taken over quality got a LOT better. I have a 2013 JKUR and had only had one issue with the heated seat element stop working. Which is probably my fault for not changing out of wet ski gear when driving back from the mountain.
Agreed. For pure offroad today’s SXS are by far the best values. If street legalness comes to into play or “daily driver” status however, there isn’t anything that more all around then the Wrangler.
I would buy a RS4 Avant new, but the RS6 would just be a little out of range (even though thats what I would rather have). I almost bought an allroad but it was just so lame to drive.
Have you looked at the prices of Wranglers these days? A fully loaded Rubicon is $55K. Ford F150s are up to $80K, Ford F250s can hit the $100K mark. There is no reason the the big 3 can’t add custom colors in as a service on these luxury trucks. I would pay even $3K more for a custom color when buying a new Wrangler.…
They should do what Porsche/BMW Individual dose and allow people to “order” custom colors at a cost. I know I would pay a extra $1,500 to get the color of my choice on a new Wrangler or pretty much any car I want.
I find gray and silver to look more expensive, and usually feel like the go hand in hand with big body luxury cars.
I have been saying it for the last three years that Green is on trend, and of course FCA dosen’t offer it on the Wrangler any more. :(
Yea I agree with you good gear is expensive, but once you have it you rarely need to replace it (clothing the most likely stuff to get worn out).
You can get a roll top cover for a truck bed thats weather proof for not a lot of money. So in the rain and snow you basically have a large lockable trunk. If the sun is shining then you just roll it back and use it as normal.
Sounds like shitty gear problems.
You really should get out of NY. Go plan a trip to Yellowstone or Yosemite and camp and hike. It will make you appreciate being human, and getting back to the basics is refreshing for the soul. Not to mention it will make you appreciate nature x1000.
I have looked at Vans (The MB Sprinter in AWD w/ Diesel). The problem with vans is the roofs are too low for items or too tall to fit in a garage. With a pick up height of items going in the bed is not really an issue. Also they are usually easier to park, and easier to see out of the back of and have less blind…
If you live outside a major city you will see pickups are used for all kinds of things. Here in Boise, ID people use them for home depot runs, buying lawn and gardening supplies (keeping interiors clean), pulling camping trailers, snowmobiles, atvs, utvs, camping gear, traveling off road to remote camp sites, hunting,…
Same here.
