Not just the wall, but bring jobs back to the U.S. since it will cost more money to send jobs overseas, and help balance out the trade deficit. That will only benefit Americans.

Cracks me up how this platform during the Obama admin is pro taxes on greedy corporations (never once mentioning that it will be passed on to the consumer) but now that this admin is placing a tariff in a effort to balance the trade deficit and bring jobs back to the U.S. its the first thing typed out.

My guess is AWD ... makes the most sense since they just announced the AWD Charger (base models) so why not make a Hellcat Version called the Demon.

Milo and The Admin on the JLWranglerForums.com have posted info about this. Milo was correct on all the Grand Cherokee rumors so he/she has a track record that I’m willing to believe.

New JL Wrangler most likely will not longer have removable doors, fold down windshield or are fully removable top. This is based on the leaks, patents, and disclosures of people working on it and most of this is due to crash standards making convertibles almost impossible

Yea Im more of a Overland guy with my JKU doing several hundred mile weekend trips. I the hwy manners do bother me. What I don’t understand is that Ford makes the Super Duty handle just fine on road with solid axels, so why cant Jeep. Maybe the new JL will fix this, if not I will be considering the Bronco as long as

Yea I don’t see why they can’t apply what they have learned on the Raptor as a base suspension on the Bronco. A factory Long Travel SUV would also set it apart from the Wrangler as it would be:

So true ... hopefully they saw the up roar from the Reddit AMA and are rethinking their plans (should still be early enough)

My 2017 F350 has solid Axels front and rear

Rumors are pointing to removable panels like the new Wrangler is suppose to have:

The new 2019 Wrangler based JT Pickup will have solid axels. It will be one of the selling points of it over all the other midsize pickups on the market.

Gawd I hope it doesnt look like that.

it does seem like that made the jump, but the original article also stated that the axels where being made in the same Toledo factory as the Jeep axels. Are all of Dana’s axels made in the same factory? if so that would explain this comment, but if Dana makes some axels in Toledo and others else were it might hint

The problem is that the Wrangler gives up a LOT on road to keep the solid axel design. I know Im a minority, but as a JKU owner I would rather have IFS and better on road manners (I overland my Jeep) and a little less flex. I’m hoping they will fix the steering issues and improve road manners on the JL as I really

Anyone going that hard off road that would require that already has a hell of a lot more money then $10K in their rigs.

LS1

Its weird he is saying this as Motor Trend had an article that said that Ford Of Australia was developing the Bronco and new Ranger, and even said they bought some Wranglers for comparison testing.

I thought since it is body on frame you would get a Everest frame and suspension, with a retro bronco body with removable panels to give an open air feel like the Wrangler clay model concept:

They do. The soft tops are PIA to put on and off though. I have a hard top for the winter and come summer my bimini top goes on till fall

My best guess is Ford will copy the Wrangler sans solid axels, and use a long travel IFS set up on it instead. I do think they will make 2 & 4 door versions (if you look at the Wrangler sales #s the 4 door outsells the 2 but around 2 to 1), and I think they will offer some type of open air feel (maybe removable
