I wouldn’t mind some plain old ‘truth in labelling’:

If I were to guess? Nobama-types and people who believe that the DJIA is a direct reflection of the economy and that that performance is solely due to their glorious turd of a leader.

I have a feeling many artists are watching to see how Gaga’s residency run does as the Vegas Strip entertainment scene is in the middle of an evolution.

Relatedly: the local word is that while Britney’s current residency over at Caesars Entertainment’s Planet Hollywood ends at the end of the year; she’s staying in Vegas but will be launching a new show over at the same Park Theater.

It’s in the midst of a nearly half-billion renovation and the Park Theater is the first part of the renovation to be completed. Should be a lot better once they finish at the end of 2018.

The only part that didn’t make sense about that is that they didn’t either call in a distant ship to jump ahead, send one of their own support ships away to do the same, or just swarm them with more TIE fighters.

Based on the version of Los Angeles delivered to me by photo wires and gossip blogs, there are only six or seven places famous people ever go to dinner: 1) Craig’s, 2) Little Dom’s, 3) Nobu, 4) Mr. Chow, 5) The Ivy, 6) Sur, and 7) Au Fudge.
