Consoles and PCs don't work the same. It's normal for a console to require less RAM. Also the game will likely have fancier graphics than the console versions. This one is using a new engine that I would think would think at this point would be designed to be more capable than the current generation of consoles.

This one has a new engine so it won't necessarily have the same problems. It might very well have new ones but we'll have to wait until it comes out to see.

Crysis 2 got put back up on steam when they released the Ultimate Edition since it had all the DLC included and no longer needed the in game store and probably isn't getting any more patches so the in game store or whatever caused it to be taken off of steam in the first place didn't need to be…

360 and PS3 with a few exceptions do not run games in native 1080p, they upscale to 1080p. Basically that means a lower resolution image is expanded to fill a larger number of pixels.

I find Resistance very refreshing because it doesn't play like Call of Duty. You actually have to take your time and try not to get shot too much because your health doesn't fully regenerate in a few seconds.

Probably because these games are from the creators of Metal Gear Solid, has pretty much the same design for the logo as the MGS HD collection, uses anime style artwork which has been used on MGS covers before as well and features a robot that in some ways resembles some MGS ones such as the Gekko.

So I'm late to the party and don't have a smartphone yet, but I'm investigating getting one of these new W8 phones. So when people say this model is cheaper does that just mean the upfront cost of the phone, or is there any price difference in the subscription fee as well?

Yeah the cave is almost finished and the Kickstarter thing happened a few months ago. Games don't get made that quick.

There's also the whole bit where you lose all the free games you got if you don't renew automatically. That's the main deal breaker for me, and that I usually rather play with the Xbox controller so I'd rather get my multiplat games elsewhere.
