Counter point, the extended cab is the best truck. It’s very nice to have the extra bit of space to store things that you want to stay inside the cab without also consuming the passenger seat.

1st Gear: Apparently Toyota are the only ones paying attention, this has been obvious for awhile. Everyone wanted a piece of that ridiculous Tesla stock valuation, they weren’t really listening to customers.
How about we appreciate the cars for what they are, and leave your personal feelings about others’ political views out of it. So sick of this site’s politics on their sleeves...
The car will know what you want and do it for you, including indicating/turn-signals.” Sure, buddy. Whatever you say.
The “geniuses” at Tesla need to understand that minimalism isn’t always good.
Radio volume and HVAC temp should be physical knobs. Trying to hit a touch screen when you’re bouncing down a road to adjust that stuff is effing stupid.
How much it cost to get a new “control unit port” (LMFAO!) for your Tesla? $2k + labor?
I test drove a Y. Was it a good car? Yeah. Would it work for me? Sure. Did I hate evrything in the touchscreen and that made it a very frustrating and potentially dangerous driving situation, at least until you get used to it? Totally. Do i still think having to open the glove box with the screen or voice command is…
Tl;dr; “some people have different opinions from me.”
This Chinese guy made a panel of physical buttons connected to the control unit port in his Tesla. You have buttons for pretty much every major function. This device completely defeats the purpose of minimalism. What do you think?
I think everyone wants a car as close to free as possible but I won’t argue against buyers: The cars less than $20,000 don’t sell and haven’t sold for a long time which is why there are fewer and fewer of them.
The off-road community has been warned, multiple times, in the past about bad behavior in all National Parks. They mostly responded by behaving worse each time. We're in the find out stage now.
I work in environmental science and land reclamation. I manage a federally-protected wildlife sanctuary. I agree that this sucks for the off-road community.
Invalidate his driver’s license for life. That guy is clearly a dangerous, selfish motherfucker.
He even claims that it was “too much confidence for too little skill.” That reads to me like he thinks there’s a level of skill where lanesplitting and weaving through traffic at 100+ miles per hour could ever be done safely.
“Too much confidence for too little skill.” Maybe just don’t drive or ride like a huge asshole and cause dangerous conditions for everyone? Is there a skill level where it would be safe to do this type of high speed lane splitting amongst unpredictable traffic?
He could have killed someone else with his dangerous riding. Twerps like this should have their licenses permanently suspended.
I hope the cops saw this video and charged him with felony reckless driving. The fact that the semi, at highway speeds, had to lane split to keep from completely rolling over this douchebag could’ve have ended so, so much worse for him and other drivers on the road. This guy deserves to have his license revoked for a…
Of course this selfish arse calls the incident an “accident” and not a collision or crash which is what it was. An accident is if a deer runs onto the road and you swerve to avoid it and hit another vehicle or stationary object. I hope he is never allowed to get on a bike again, or to drive a car for that matter,…
rear-ended a pickup truck while lane-splitting like a fucking moron.
