As long as it has accompanying pictures, I'll read it.

Now playing

Our nameless insider tells us that the 707 HP number is not just conservative, but he's not really sure where it came from in the first place. It's a nice palindromic number with some sevens bookending it, so I wouldn't be surprised if the marketing team just picked it. Other dyno tests seem to peg the output around

It is just a lightly boosted American pushrod V8 engine, it'll probably last longer than the rest of the car. It's not like it is a german 707hp engine....

It's 2" longer, but 2" thinner, and about 200lbs lighter.

At least the 2014's were.

Get the viper! It's always gonna be more special than a corvette, and this is coming from someone who grew up with his dad driving a Z06 and who just bought a stingray

Chrysler does have a tendency to under-rate their HP numbers on the performance cars.

Chrysler down-rates Hellcat to meet emissions, values plummet as everyone dumps them in a fit of outrage - cheap Hellcats for me! That is definitely how this plays out right?

Probably to make up for the overrated 320hp 4.6

I have no words for the hoonAGE we are coming into with all these HP wars. These are good times my friends.. Good times indeed.

You mean Burma special? Or do you think they all look alike?

If you were to ever see the Venom in person you would not see it as a Lotus at all
