...that escalated quickly.

This is kind of weird because for guys it is the opposite. All I ever find is double and triple xl. Plus, almost all department store clothes are cut for short, round people.

Yeah they have a bunch of those actually because they are doing a breeding program with the national zoo I think. There is a whole new australian reef wing opening next month that is going to be AWESOME. Aquarium membership is the best thing I ever bought I think, but then again I am super obsessed with water

Whaaaat? Baltimore is awesome :-) You can actually afford to live here, plus we have the world's BEST AQUARIUM!

I don't understand why these kinds of articles don't also report the percentage for men. That would instantly defuse 90% of the stupid counter arguments, but since they don't show it people will claim that either men equally effected or the writers are "hiding something". That data is obviously available in the

It makes sense to me not to release their names. We all know they are most likely guilty, but our justice system is based on the idea of innocent until proven guilty. If they are later acquitted, it really won't matter to a lot of people, and they will forever be thought of as "rapists".

Oh yay, lets spend all day arguing about who's major was hardest and trivializing the educations of people who weren't in programs that were "rigorous" enough for us...

It depends on what industry the company is in. If you have 100 applicants for every position, then they can treat the employees however you want and get away with it. That is why the majority of unpaid internships are in industries like publishing, fashion, etc.

No because the interns were doing unskilled labor that anyone could do. It is work that needed to be done, so they can't just fire all interns without hiring someone else to do the work. That is the distinction. The company was getting the benefit of their free work without teaching them anything.

Yes, you are.

I don't even care about my original point any more. Did you find a problem with my math? Alcohol is converted to energy in your body and I already gave you a link that says it is exactly 7 calories per gram. This isn't rocket science, if you know the density of alcohol and the size of a shot, you can figure out

So much awesome.

Okay I spent entirely too much time thinking about this, but here we go:

Now I feel vindicated because the article was changed!

It threw me off that she put "who are mourning...". Seems superfluous, shouldn't it just be "have accidentally deleted their collection of techno music and are mourning the loss of a good woman?" I don't know, I'm a mathematician, English is scary to me.

These dudes, some of whom don't like to read, have accidentally deleted their collection of techno music and who are mourning the loss of a good woman.

You are totally right about that on many levels. A lot of people have internalized it so much that they don't even realize what they are doing.

Not sure where you get that from. Alcohol has 7 calories per gram, which is almost as much as fat. Vodka can vary from 60 proof (according to US regulations) to 100 proof (Absolut and Smirnoff have 100 proof vodka). 100 proof vodka is over 120 calories per shot.

Depends on what proof your vodka is. I'm just saying they can easily be in the same range, and you might drink many shots worth of vodka in a night.
