It would be the other way around, makes you less likely to give money to people.

It would still accomplish the purpose that they stated in that case. I agree that it could have been tested more though.

So, maybe TMI, but my girlfriend is into these kinds of videos. In the beginning they have an interview with the girl where they say what is going to happen, and she says, "yes I am totally into that," but then during the video the point is that she acts like it is really non-consentual. Some people get off on that.

Makes you wish there was a forward thinking school somewhere that could protect our children from these frightening meat bacteria. Perhaps with some sort of... plant based lunch program...

Everybody knows tampons are indivisible.

WHAT!?! This sounds like literal hell. I'm pretty sure some of that is in Dante's Inferno. Fuck all those people. Why would you want to be in a group of complete psychopaths like that anyway? The first time someone tells me to get in a pool of their combined urine and feces, I am OUT.

Are they traveling $3600 worth of distance?

Each one costs $425, plus mileage.

In the not-so-distant future, when humanities majors (the unskilled laborers of academia) become so commonplace

More like peeing. Pooping is just all the stuff you can't digest.

Being a guy, I never know how hard to shake another dude's hand. The goal is obviously for both of you to use the same amount of force, but you never know what the other person is going to do. You really feel like an idiot if you have a limp handshake so then you have to err on the side of breaking their hand and

I was about to comment and say that the federal government can't mandate what local schools should do, but actually I'm not sure that is the case. They do set some guidelines that are "voluntary" but not really because if you don't abide by them then you don't get federal funding. As far as I know, those are things

However, while the guidelines are to be mandatory standards of practice in federal prisons and the military, they're considered voluntary in the rest of the country.

Worst Harry Potter fanfic ever.

I skimmed the headings and thought month 10+ was going to be complaining about postterm pregnancies. Get out of there baby, you're done cooking!

I laughed so hard at the "I had a radio show in Canada and played them all the time" guy. Canada, where everyone has a hot girlfriend that totally is real and not made up at all, and also you are a DJ.

Hah, yeah, definitely a misnomer. They are the biggest branch of christianity that doesn't believe in medicine. Again, wikipedia to the rescue: "the word 'science' was appropriated by these groups, as well as by Scientology and Science of Mind, because of the quasi-religious status of science in the 19th and

I was talking about Christian Scientists, I don't now anything about Jehova's Witnesses. A cursory skimming of wikipedia suggests that Witnesses are just against blood transfusions because the bible specifically prohibits "ingesting blood", which I guess is somehow the same thing as transfusing?

In faith healing, God doesn't do the healing, the people praying do. They believe that when you are sick it is only because your mind or your spirit are "misaligned" and you have sort of convinced yourself that you are sick. This arrises from their belief that we live in the Matrix and our bodies are just illusions.

It's more like they believe that sickness comes from a lack of faith, and you can heal yourself if you believe harder. They don't think that medicine is bad, just pointless because it doesn't address the "real" problem.
