I inherited a 91 civic si hatch in high school, and I couldn't have loved that thing more. It was pretty great on gas and cheap to fix. Though I have heard the new ones have taken a pretty steady decline in all the areas that made the generation I had great. Whenever I hear civic though, I automatically envision a

I, for one, welcome our new alien overlords

Super cool. My dad was in the Canadian Air Force and we lived in Trenton, Ontario for a few years. An AN-124 slid off the end of the runway, basically just overshot on landing and buried itself in the field. It was basically pointed straight at our house, but stopped about 300 yds short. EXACTLY He is correct for the assumptions he stated and he explains why he made those assumptions. He also explains how that coefficient can be exceeded. I don't get how people can agree his math is wrong.

It's not wrong. It's correct based on the assumptions he made, and clearly stated. He also states that it is possible to exceed the coefficient of 1, but for his calculations he used 1 because that appeared to be the average.

I love my Camaro, but I 100% agree its a bear to park, or generally see out of.

no danger zone????!!!!!!!!

A telling point was when they were all lined up on the grid and the announcers didn't have to yell over the sound of the engines to start te race. Normally he's very excited and that gets you amped up for the lights to go out. This time it was almost like ... "Oh? We started?"

My brain agrees with the first one. My heart believes it's the 2nd one.

Driving on the wrong side of the highway is an extreme example, but going to England from continental Europe by car can have a similar result.

Hope you didn't turn off your targeting computer.

Also, Benghazi.

So.... why does this fail to mention that the Veyron still holds the official record? Printing yourself a certificate does not make you an official record holder.

Something fishy about this. I don't know what it is, but it's fishy.
