I don't consider bestiaries to be cheating. Looking up loot tables to see where an item drops, what the drop rate is, etc. just saves you time and the tedious exercise of guessing at where at item drops and killing things for a long time to (maybe) get it.

PSN and Live wouldn't need a low ping network since their servers would only host updates and game downloads, usually it the people who made the game who chooses where the game servers are hosted and what company hosts them and such. Sometimes I feel so tired of people being so bad in the raid. I help everyone, I give them instructions and I try to do it right myself. I give my fucking 150% at everything I do in the raid. Everyone else is just casually there to do whatever they can and get loot.

Since the weapons and armour in the VoG aren't as powerful as the new ones found in the post expansion vendor catalog and raid there is zero reason to play it - unless you're running low on ascendant materials. That's a shame, as I think it is a lot of fun to play.
