I know exactly what you're saying, I forced my friend to play through Journey the other day and this same thing kind of happened. He said he liked it a lot but he didn't seem to "get" the game.

I agree with this too, as you can see by my replay to the comment in question.
Well there's an intelligent choice and a fun choice here.
I absolutely think that was the afterlife. It was bright and happy visuals/music and you could just basically have as much fun as you wanted and then you walk into the crevice at the end and get reborn, where you can start a new journey.
I was just looking at this guys other work and he's really good. Come on game companies grab this guy I could see a beautiful game come from this guys artwork.
That's the problem, you can't look at it that way with Journey. It's about 2-3 hours. But, it's not about the length...it's about the experience you get for that $15 and it's an amazing experience.
haha I just accidentally stumbled upon your post above just now, well said. I know exactly what you were explaining. I never did the whole flying thing with someone yet but the possibility of it happening has crossed my mind while playing but it's somewhat hard to communicate that.
You just perfectly explained one of the main reason why this game is so amazing. Well said sir and I know exactly what you felt at that moment of companionship.
Yea I know what you're saying, the online component is genius.
Journey may be my GOTY already, that is all.
Seriously, ditto what Shagittarius said...read the motherboards manual, it'll show you what needs connected where and how, ect.
Damn, that sucks, the audio/music is one of the best aspects of Journey.
I completely agree, freeking amazing game! I started it on tuesday and finished it yesterday and then actually started a second playthrough right after I beat it. I NEVER do that. I then went on to beat the game in one sitting in that second playthrough. It's sooooo good.
He had weed chocolate? First of all, that sounds glorious. Second of all, can the drug sniffing dogs smell the weed in weed chocolate or any other kind of weed infused food?
Almost that exact situation happened to me with gamefly and Rayman:origins.
Regardless of it helping the noise or not, cleaning the fans can do nothing but help with the overall health of the xbox. So there's really no reason not to clean the fans.
Great blog post, I liked it. I played about 2 hours of Journey last night and loved every second of it. I started playing at 11 and out of nowhere it was 1 am (I was only planning on playing for an hour...I usually go to bed around midnight because of work)
Stirfry's always a cheap go-to meal for me.
You're right, I forgot about that. The classic "It's-a me a-Mario!"
I have a question for the Kotaku community.
