The reason the are "westernizing" their games is because the American gaming market is HUGE. If they focus on "what they do best" they won't sell as many copies as they would if it were "westernized"

Okay so earlier this week I posted a bout Bastion being a great game but it could use a little more variety in the enemy department. Well, I have now finished the game and there are thankfully more enemies than I thought. So I would like to revoke my previous statement.

So I bought Bastion last night and played it almost all night. SO much fun! What a great game. I LOVE the art style and just the general feel of the game. It seems like it's lacking a little bit in the variety of enemies but that just me nitpicking it's still a very fun game and there are actually different versions…

If your talking one pick for the ENTIRE year. I would actually go with Portal 2. But if you're asking what game I would choose out of the games that are not out yet for a AAA title I would say Skyward sword, Skyrim looks AMAZING but I'm still not sold on the western RPG, I'm working my way through Oblivion right now.

I have a bone to pick with Nintendo.

I mostly got a "this game really isn't that good" vibe through the whole game haha. It does borrow some things from bioshock, I don't know about half-life though, aside from being an FPS also.

If you overlook this game your beyond ridiculous your just plain retarded. DKC:Returns is a great game and a great refreshment from the games that have been coming out over the more recent years.
