Oh, they’re definitely not using the first prong to become compliant, I’ve known that for forever. The school is 49% female, 51% male, so the athletic participation opportunities should be virtually the same, and instead they’re totally lopsided. I can already hear the idiotic cries about how this will kill opportunities for boys instead of helping girls, and then there won’t be any sports for anyone. Oh won’t somebody think of the children?!?

In the viral clip she takes a huge run up to the ball, she would not be able to do that in an actual game or even practice situation.  Could she nail a 55 yarder with a realistic run up?  I mean probably she’s incredibly skilled at kicking a ball so why not?
