Yeah, I expect them to give it the Twilight Princess treatment. Although HDing a year old game isn't going to set the world on fire. I doubt Zelda fans will wait patiently for the HD version while the Wii version is on store shelves.

It was brilliant to make it so that very few people are excited about the launch of their new system.

Well, there is no way there will be an HD Zelda game at launch unless they just spruce up Skyward Sword.

It does look uncomfortable.

I believe you missed the part where Reggie admitted they had no games to show and that the tech demo stations were just to show what the hardware was capable of.

One year to make a quality HD game from scratch? Not going to happen. The launch games will be ports of existing games and a few Wii-like minigame collections.

That seems to be the theme of Nintendo's E3 conference this year. "Here are some games you might see on our system. We don't have any games, but here is what they look like on the 360/PS3 that could be on our system....perhaps....maybe. Also, we might have some games in the works, but we haven't started on them…

If it takes just as long as Skyward Sword 2013 is the soonest you'll see it.

No one is concerned with Nintendo not having an actual HD game to show you besides ports of 360/PS3 games? Look how long Skyward Sword has taken to develop. There is no way you'll be seeing an HD Zelda before 2013.

It is alarming that there were no games shown other than the Wii Mini games. The fact theat even Nintendo doesn't have a single game to show for the U is not comforting. I'm guessing from this that U won't be released until Fall 2012 and most of the 3rd party games will be ports from the 360 and PS3.

I thought it was a cool play on words. I am pumped about the upcoming 3DS games. The U is not for I :)

I was puzzled by their lack of anything to show besides more Wii mini games. The 3DS is looking excellent though.
