This is a very important issue that I feel many people don't truly understand. All this legal wrangling isn't really about software piracy. In the end it is about something that concerns EVERY SINGLE GAMER whether you hack your console or not.

This would never happen with the 360.

Not the best bundle. I would have liked to see a custom paintjob or some sort of deviation from the standard case.
