I'm from Montreal. It's not a habit, but the result of a collection of all of the worst habits: we cannot turn right on red lights.

This happened to my mom's car years back (failed theft, not carjacking). They punched through the door lock, ripped open the steering column, popped the ignition key barrel and had no problem cranking the car with a flathead screwdriver. I know they could, because I did.

Next time, use Prius tires.

I could name a bunch of races where my driver was fighting for a championship in different categories (Dale Sr., Jaques Villeneuve, etc.).
