To me, the best value add is an update feature so I don't have to screw with it.

@noroom: Regular LCDs have a complete backlight. The newer organic ones don't have a backlight so they don't power on to show black, "off" is black which is what saves power.
@jeremy_mccurdy: vB kicks the crap out of the competition when it comes to forums, but... Most people don't like forums. Guys and gals like us do because we are used to them, but for the masses I think the whole process is a little daunting. Plus you need further moderation to keep people on topic etc.

But it also helps the people who run the sites figure out where the traffic is coming from, which keywords are being used, etc.
@TuxBobble: Most of the guys you meet that have been running Linux since the 90's started using it because of aesthetics. Since then every guy I know that uses Linux trashed it on the desktop over 5 years ago back when Gnome and KDE started their quest for usability.
